Dear Bro. Ron,
Greetings in the Name of Jesus Christ. Thank you for your reply, it was nice hearing from you.
I am very much encouraged by letter especially concerning the prison ministry in Africa and Uganda in particular. I was inspired by the late Bro. Bessette when he came to our country years back. We started this prison ministry in the early 1990s but as I shared with you due to the hardships which we could not meet could not continue. However it has been a very great burden on my heart for the prison inmates and one day I was very much challenged when I met on man and he greeted me "Pastor Samson praise God!" I replied the Brother and then told him that I was sorry I didn't know him. He went a head to explain to me that I preached to him when he was in prison and he gave his life to Christ and later he was released from jail and still was standing as a Christian. I almost burst into tears to see that i had failed in such an affective ministry. Later again one man came looking for me and when he introduced himself to me, he was a Brother who had believed after I preached to him in prison and after being released he wanted me to go and open up a church on one of the Islands on Lake Victoria where he lived but then I could not even afford transporting my self to this island and up to now I have a burden for the prison.
As you mentioned in your letter every has its season with God and we need to pray to be able to meet the inmates needs. I will certainly hold to my vision for the prison ministry in prayer and will be very glad when God opens away financially for the prison ministry. Surely God hears and knows the need if we can only believe.
Hoping to keep in touch with you.
May God bless you as we work together in this harvest time.
Shalom!
Your Bro. Samson Lubogo

Dear beloved Bro. Ron,
Greetings in the precious Name of Jesus Christ. I am glad to hear from you my Brother as you said I have surely caught the vision this is something that has troubled my heart for many years especially when I remember those Brothers who believed from the Prison and wanted me to go and start up churches in their areas and I failed due to lack of enough support, that burden has never left my heart. We can do much evangelism and win souls in prison ministry than any where else because here get people who are real desperate and willing.
