011 Now, Moses had less than
the boy. The boy had some food; Moses had a dry stick in his hand. In
Moses' hand it was nothing else but a stick that he'd picked up, perhaps, on
the desert. But once, when that hand of faith taken a hold of that
stick, it become God's judgment rod to the world. That dry stick became
the judgment rod. Remember, Moses stretched that rod. He stretched the rod over
the sea; he stretched it in the air. It was God's judgment rod.
Those Egyptians
could've ever get that rod from Moses, they'd had had the Israelites whipped.
And that's what takes today, as the rod was in Moses' hand, so is the
Name of Jesus Christ in the Church hand. If the Church will hold that
Name of Jesus, esteem It and honor It, and quit using It in slang, and so
forth, and use It in power and reverence, It'll conquer every enemy that God's
got on earth. "In My Name they shall cast out devils; in My Name they
shall lay hands on the sick," all these things in His Name.

It sounds ridiculous to the world, but could you imagine, how
ridiculous that scene sound, before we leave it. There was Moses,
an old man eighty years old, going down into Egypt, could you imagine,
with this old stick in his hand, his wife with two children, one on each hip,
setting astraddle of a mule. Here he goes, his head back, smiling, just a
rejoicing. Somebody said, "Moses, where you going?"
"I'm going down to Egypt to take over." A one man invasion,
going to Egypt. Could you imagine such a thing as that? The world would look and
said, "Ridiculous." But the great thing about it, he did it. Why? God
said so. No matter how ridiculous it seems and how little, that stick in Moses'
hand of faith, with the Word of God behind it, was more than all the armies
Pharaoh could produce. Amen.

016 Now, the Word of God is a
Sword. Hebrews the 4th chapter says so, Hebrews 4:12. Now, It is a Sword. And a
sword is perfect dormant if it isn't yielded by a hand or a power. And it...
But it
takes a hand to hold the Sword. And the--take... The hand that holds this Sword
is the hand of faith.
Now, that hand of faith, it depends on how strong it is. This hand of faith
might just be strong enough to cut a little hole through the darkness and say,
"By faith I'm saved." That's a great cut, but then if that's all the
stronger that hand is to yield that Sword, that's all it can cut. But if it's a
strong hand, it'll cut plumb through everything the Devil can put out there,
and make every promise of God shine forth in the power of His resurrection. If
it's a strong hand of faith, "The days of miracles... Jesus Christ,
the same yesterday, today, and forever," cut its way through. It depends
on the power of the hand behind the Sword.

124 Now, you that's got strength
enough to yield a Sword, now that you've got understanding enough in
God's Word to claim It to be your personal property, who can pick up the Word
of God now in your hand, hold It out in the hand of faith, and say,
"I take my side with the Lord. I'll be oneness with my God from this on.
I'll yield this Sword of the Spirit in this Word, and I'll cut the Devil 'till
every promise that God promised me."
If
you believe that with all your heart, I ask you then sincerely with all my
heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ, stand to your feet and accept it. Do you
mean it? Are you sincere? Is the Word in your hand? Is your hand your faith?
Raise your physical hand to God, say, "God, by this, by my uplifted hand I
pledge all my life. I pledge my soul; I pledge my thinking; I pledge everything
to the Word of God. Let the Holy Spirit take my faith now and give to me the
thing. Cut every doubt away from me. And by faith I receive the promise that I
asked for this moment...?..."
If
you believe it, say "Amen" now. [Congregation says,
"Amen".--Ed.] Say, "Amen" again. Amen, and amen, and amen.
Then if you mean that with all your heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ, I
promise you what you asked for. Amen. You believe it with all your heart. God
bless you. Brother Neville.

088 This Word of God is sharper
than a two-edged sword, even a Discerner of thoughts of the heart. And what? It
can only be handled by one hand. A sword is dominant. It--it has nothing in it
unless it's handled by a hand. And when a hand of faith can pick up
God's Word, it'll do the same thing Jesus did. "The works that I do shall
you do also."
Maybe
you can cut just a little, maybe you got a weak hand of faith, you can cut
enough off to say, "Well, I can see enough daylight to see I'm
saved." But what about the other promises? If you got a strong hand of
faith, pick up the full Word of God and cut right on through every darkness
(Amen.), until the Light of God shines in, and look face to face with God,
standing on His Word. Amen. Hmm.

What do we do? Take the Sword, which is the Word of God,
pull It with what? A hand of faith, strong hand of faith, the two-edged
Sword. The Bible said in Hebrews 4, It's--It's a two-edged Sword, cuts
both coming and going.
Brother,
what does he do? Take the Word... Take the Spirit, let the Spirit come into
your heart, open up your mind, say, "Thy Word is Truth." (And
you do this, sister.) "Thy Word is Truth. Lord, I ain't going to pay
attention to how I feel, what anybody else says; I'm stopping up; I'm
blowing out every one of my avenues. All the flusterations, and doubts, and
unbeliefs that I've ever had; every feeling you ever had; all the sickness I
ever had; everything else I ever had; I'm blowing them all out; I'm bypassing
all them and coming right straight to my Spirit."

042 You know, somehow faith
finds a source that others don't know nothing about. No matter how much they
try to say, "Don't go," they go anyhow (See?), 'cause faith finds its
source. Others don't see it. That's right. Now, she knowed His Word. And the
Bible said in Hebrews the 4th chapter and the 12th verse, that, "the Word
of God is sharper than a two-edged sword, cutting even to the--the asunder of
the--the soul, and a discerner of the thoughts of the heart." That's what
the Word of God does. It discerns even the thoughts that's in your heart.
Listen.
Faith is the hand that can yield that Sword. No other hand can do it, no
ecclesiastical hand, no organizational hand, no group hands, no national hands.
It takes the hand of faith to do it. And depends on how strong that hand
is. You might cut enough away from you to see that you're--you're free
from sin. Then if it's strong enough, you can cut into healing. You can cut
into anything that God promises. It's all out there. As He told Joshua,
"Everywhere the soles of your foot sets, that's possession." Depends
on how strong that hand of faith is that yields that Sword of God's Word.

105 Here not long ago a man
said he dreamed that the devil kept going, "Boo, boo." And he'd jump
back. And the devil'd get bigger and he'd get little. He knowed he had to fight
him sooner or later, so he grabbed the Word. And every time the devil would say,
"Boo," he said, "Boo" right back, and the devil got little.
That's what it is. It takes the hand of faith to hold
the Word. Hallelujah.
KEY TO THE DOOR JEFF IN 62-1007

024 A vision is the same way. I
know nothing to say to the church at this time concerning a vision. But if the Holy
Spirit would show, first, me a vision, then I transmit that vision to the one
that it's directed to. So it was not my, me, the vision was not me, I; it was
God gave the vision, and I acted as a transmitter to bring forth the message of
the vision to the people.
Now,
a key is the same thing. Pardon me. The key is only to be held in a hand that
unlocks the door. See, it's got to be hand. Now, and in the key I'm
going to speak about tonight, is only one hand can hold this key, and that's the
hand of faith. It's the only thing can--can hold this key. And hands
hold other keys, and it takes a hand of faith for that.

048 Now, if I can push his
back, with my handle, the blade, like that, where am I at? I'm directed right
straight to his heart, 'cause I'm on the right side, at his left. And then when
I am pressing
with faith with the Word, "Satan, Jesus Christ commissioned me to
do this," and we lock, and raise up with that hand of
faith, and say, "An Angel of God met me yonder and said It's so." The
first thing you know, throws the sword right straight in, and he's conquered.
"I come to challenge you. And THUS SAITH THE LORD." That's the
believer when he has faith to handle the Word.
Now,
if you're just a little denominational weakling, you better keep away from it;
you'll go around, talk about it, and say it can't happen, because you don't
know nothing about it. But that man who's handled it, and seen it conquer that
enemy, he knows what it'll do.

030 His Word is a sword. The
Bible said so. You want reference to that, it's--it's Hebrews 4:12, as I got
the text wrote down. The Bible said, "The Word of God is sharper than a
two-edged sword." This sword's got to be held by a hand of
faith. A hand of theology won't do it. It's got to take a hand of
faith, trained in spiritual things, that knows God.
Again,
might, as I might say this. How do you believe that Jesus looked upon the
audience and perceived their thoughts? Because He was the Word. Let's quote the
rest of the Word here, "Sharper than a two-edged sword, a Discerner of the
thoughts and intents of the heart." He was the Word. That's the reason He
could discern the thoughts that were in their heart.
